Umai Sushi Org Mukah

Mukah terletak 164 km dari Sibu (based on peta j/raya negeri Sarawak). Majoriti penduduk mukah adalah kaum Melanau. Mukah sebuah bandar yang terletak di pinggir pantai dan salah satu pusat aktiviti perikanan.

Makanan yg popular di Mukah ataupun kalangan masyarakat Melanau ialah Umai....mmg sedap. Sy pun suka sgt mkn....entah bila nk balik Mukah lg???

Cara nk buat umai simple je...just perlu ikan pirang(ikan kuning yg btulang), limau nipis, bwg, cili, garam, serbuk perasa...apa lg ye...rs tu je...hehehe...mmg sedap. Lg sedap kalau mkn sama sago..yg bulat2 mcm gambar di atas tu.
