Daging Masak Hitam Jamuan Raya 2011

Raya tahun ni, kak ipar saya masak juadah untuk santapan di hari raya. Antara masakannya ialah Daging Masak Hitam. Tapi saya tak ambillah gambar masa raya tu untuk letak sini. Segan pula ramai orang...hehehe. Anyway bagi sesiapa yang teringin nak try resepi Daging Masak Hitam, boleh try resepi ini or boleh google je di internet pasti jumpa mana2 resepi yang menarik.

DAGING MASAK HITAM
 

Bahan-Bahan:
 
500 gm daging [dipotong nipis]
1 s/b serbuk jintan manis ]
1 s/k serbuk jintan putih ] bancuh dgn air rebusan
4 s/b minyak masak
5 s/b kicap pekat
1/2 cawan jus asam jawa

Bahan Mesin
 
15 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
3 sm halia
15 tangkai cili kering


Cara:
 
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan mesin dan jintan yg dibancuhkan hingga wangi.
3. Masukkan daging dan sedikit air. Biarkan sehingga lembut.
4. Bila sudah lembut masukkan kicap.
5. Masakkan sehingga pekat dan naik minyak. Rasakan garamnya.
6. Bila telah masak boleh hidangkan.
