Khasiat Kacang Bendi....Sayur KegemaranKu.

Bendi merupakan salah satu sayur kegemaranku, sama ada di masak goreng or di makan buat ulam. Walaupun ada setengah orang tak suka bendi sebab berlendir macam iparku. Apapun itu citarasa masing2.
