Bahulu Idamanku

Bahulu merupakan salah satu kuih tradisional org Malaysia.
Kuih Bahulu ni boleh didapati di mana2 pasaran...biasalah skrg ni Bahulu dibuat scara moden.
Tak mcm dulu2. Skrg guna mesin. So pbuatannya lg cepat, mjimatkan ms & tenaga.

Yummy...kuih Bahulu sedap di makan mcm tu je. Lama tk makan. dulu sll gak.
Bg yg ingin mcuba buat kuih Bahulu ni. Bolehlah try resepi dibwh ni.


7 biji telur ayam
3 cawan gula pasir
1/2 kg tepung gandum
sedikit minyak
acuan kuih bahulu atau kuih cara

Cara Membuatnya
1. Goreng tepung sampai masak
2. Pukul telur dan gula sampai kembang
3. Setelah kembang asingkan sedikit dan campurkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dalam bekas yang berlainan mengikut bilangan acuan
4. Panaskan acuan yang telah disapu sedikit minyak dalam ketuhar pada suhu 200 darjah agar bahulu tidak melekat.
