Salad Buah Makanan Berkhasiat

Sy mmg minat makan salad. Bukan saja sbb rsnye sedap tp mgandungi khasiat yg tsendiri.
Sapa2 yg suka diet tu, elok gak makan makanan mcm ni.
Lebih ke arah 'healthy life food'.





Sedap bukan. Apa kata kalau kita try buat sendiri. Jom try resepi kak Hanieliza ni.

SALAD BUAH-BUAHAN

Bahan:
2 biji epal hijau
2 biji epal merah
2 biji mangga (yg masak tapi keras)
1 biji betik exotica
1 tin nenas kiub
anggur merah dan hijau
kismis hitam dan kuning
3 cawan yogurt (sebarang perisa)
3 cawan ice-cream vanilla
3 s/b oren sunquick

Cara:
1. Potong dadu semua bahan yang besar.
2. Gaul rata bersama yogurt semua bahan2 in.
3. Sejukkan dalam peti sejuk sebelum dihidangkan.
dihidangkan dalam mangkuk kecil
