Apa Resepi Hari Ni?...HATI GORENG BEREMPAH

Sapa yg sini tk suka makan hati? Maksud sy hati ayam or hati lembu.
Hati ni sedap di makan, kalau kena dgn cara masaknye.
Tp tk boleh makan hati sll sgt, kdg2 bolehlah.
Oklah...tk nk ckp byk, apa kata kita cuba resepi ni.

HATI GORENG BEREMPAH 

Bahan-bahan
300 gm hati lembu [ potong kecil & nipis]
2 biji bawang besar - dihiris bulat2
2 biji tomato buah [belah 4
3 biji lada hijau [potong 2 serung]
5 urat kacang panjang [potong pendek]
Kobis bulat [potong kasar]
Daun Kari
Minyak
Garam

Bahan mesin
3 cm halia
5 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
2 s/b rempah Kari daging
1 s/b jintan manis 


Cara Memasak
1. Panaskan minyak Dan tumiskan daun Kari . Masukkan bahan mesin Dan kacau sehingga naik minyak.
2. Masukkan hati lembu.. Kacau sebati Dan biarkan reneh sehingga naik minyak.
3. Masukkan kacang panjang Dan kobis.
4. Masukkan bawang hiris, lada hijau, tomato Dan garam.
5. Kacau lagi Dan biarkan naik minyak semula..
6. Hidangkan dengan nasi atau roti.
