Petua Dapur: Cara Mudah Kopek Kulit Udang


Ada beberapa cara untuk memudahkan anda mengopek kulit udang.

1. Campurkan sedikit garam ke dalam semangkuk air. Kemudian rendam udang selama 10 minit. Kulit udang akan terbuka dengan sendirinya.

2. Perahkan limau nipis ke dalam semangkuk air. Masukkan udang. Biar selama 15 minit.

3. Rendam udang ke dalam air panas. Biarkan seketika.
