Pernah Makan Belangkas?


Pernah tgk, mcm mn rupa belangkas tk? Kalau tak pernah...nilah rupanya. Sy sebenarnya tk tahu binatang ni dipanggil belangkas. Dlm bahasa sy, sy panggil 'belangkeh'. Entah btl ke tak ejaan sy tu. Haha...apa2lah. Yg ptg kita tahu mcm mn rupa belangkas ni.
Dulu ayah sy kerap juga tangkap belangkas ni. Mskan yg biasa kami buat ialah belangkas masak kicap. Masak simple je, yg ptg sedap di makan. Kan gitu? Sblm masak kicap, kita harus bersihkan belangkas ni then rebus. Lepas tu barulah keluarkan isi & telurnya. Then masaklah ikut selera anda.
Nilah rupa mskan belangkas asam pedas kering yg mendapat sambutan hangat di restoran Ibrahim Baharum yg terletak di dipersimpangan jalan Teluk Sengat...info lebih lanjut boleh baca KOSMO ONLINE.
Oklah.....tu je pasal belangkas ni. Chow dulu. SELAMAT BERBUKA PUASA.

welcome..eh sedap lah sepul..kalau kena dgn cara memasaknye. Cuba dulu baru tahu.
